This YIN Yoga class is geared towards Zumba class participants. The focus is on opening areas of the body that get tight, such as hips, hamstrings, calves, etc. Long, flexible muscles are a good way to prevent sports related injuries.

Wear comfortable clothing.
Bring a Yoga mat and a big beach-type towel.
